Please note that the information on this website should not be construed as legal advice, and you should not rely upon it as such. If you have a legal question, you should always consult with a professional, such as a paralegal or lawyer.
Using this site or consulting with us does not mean that we are engaged or retained to represent you and no paralegal-client relationship exists unless you enter into a signed contract (retainer agreement) with us.
We welcome you to book a consultation on our Booking Page where we will then provide you with brief non-substantive summary legal advice only, over the telephone or via remote means. If you agree, we can then schedule a one-hour formal telephone, remote, or face-to-face consultation for a set fee of $150.00. Please be advised that meeting, speaking, texting or emailing would not create a paralegal-client relationship between us. We would have no contractual or legal obligation to handle your matter until such time that you request, complete, sign and return our written retainer agreement which will contain a number of very important legal documents that create the client-paralegal relationship.
Should you decide to contact us via email, please be advised that this form of communication is not encrypted or secure and by you sending confidential information or by using this site's communication systems, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks of such uncertainty and possible lack of confidentiality over the Internet.
Any discussions that you have with us over the telephone, by way of remote meetings, or in person, will remain strictly confidential and we will not discuss your case with any unauthorized persons unless required by the Law Society of Ontario or another governing body.
